RoTemplates sells digital goods. Because access can be delivered instantly, refunds should be evaluated carefully once files have been downloaded or fulfillment has been completed.
Refunds may be considered when a buyer is charged multiple times, receives the wrong product, or cannot access the purchased files due to a delivery failure on the RoTemplates side.
Refund requests should be submitted within a clearly stated window, such as seven days from purchase, using the support contact listed on the site.
Refunds are typically not appropriate for preference-based decisions, change-of-mind requests after delivery, or situations where the buyer lacks the Roblox Studio knowledge needed to customize a template.
Each request should be reviewed against the order record, delivery status, and support history. If a refund is approved, it should be processed back through the original payment method whenever possible.
